Contract credit manager

Responsibilities

Negotiating our contract with our Customers, following the results of these negotiations, approving changes with the responsible employees of the Russian office, and then approving changes with the responsible employees of the central office in New York.

a thorough understanding of the structure and meaning of all paragraphs of the contract. Understanding the signification, reasons and requirements of each paragraph, both from the commercial, operational, and legal sides.

Making changes to the current text of the main agreement in accordance with the current tasks.

Assignment of tasks and progress monitoring of required changes to the company's contracts performed by our legal consultant.

Maintaining a register of changes made to the contract template.

Preparation of the necessary information for making decisions regarding the possibility of leasing the company's equipment to a new Customer, identifying the existing risks and the necessary available guarantees of the commercial availability of these risks.

Annual analysis of the current state of our Customers and development of recommendations on maintaining changes in current credit conditions.

Preparation of the necessary information for making decisions regarding changes in the credit limit of existing Customers.

Preparation of reports on the current status of the Customer.

The employee needs to understand the business of our company so that the credit analysis is carried out not only and not so much from a financial point of view, but from the existing commercial risks of each specific project/customer.

Requirements

Completed higher education (legal education in preference)

Fluency in English

Prior experience working with contracts and contractual agreements:

-a thorough understanding of the structure and meaning of all paragraphs of the contract

-understanding the signification, reasons and requirements of each paragraph, both from the commercial, operational, and legal sides.

-the paragraphs of the contract’s discussion with the company's clients

-analysis of the possibility of making changes to the existing contract

-assignment of tasks and progress monitoring of required contract changes

-formulation of tasks and monitoring of the implementation of the required changes to the company's contracts

Work experience as a leading specialist of the contract department would be an asset

Experience in the field of leasing, equipment rental, real estate rental would be an asset

A confident user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Knowledge of business ethics, business correspondence and negotiation skills

Competent oral and written speech

Ability to work with a large amount of information

Responsibility, diligence, ability to organize work independently

Accuracy and carefulness in working with documents

Stress resistance

Responsible approach to tasks’ implementation

Analytical mindset
