The restaurant premium plus, requires a chef (pan-asian cuisine).
Charge:
* Self-preparation and return of all dishes of pan-Asian cuisine of the restaurant in each check, management of the production process of preparing the restaurant menu, training assistant preparation of products (cutting) for each dish
* Self-building process technology of cooking pan-Asian cuisine with cooking on the wok
* Preparation of business lunch menu, development and introduction of new main menu dishes
* Monitoring compliance with the standards of cooking
* Responsibility for the quality, output and timing of all pan-Asian dishes (main restaurant menu, business lunch)
Requirements:
* Experience 3 years of self-cooking pan-Asian cuisine (cold, hot shop)
* Excellent knowledge of sauces and cooking experience
* Organization of production / product line from scratch»
* Experience in Asian restaurants, pan-Asian cuisine with a great menu
* Higher education is desirable
* Preferably a confirmed chef's certificate
* Advanced PC user
* Subordinates: cook, assistant
* Subordination to the Manager
Conditions:
* Full-time, full-time
* Trial period: 1-3 months
* Work schedule: not standardized, overtime is possible
