HR Manager/HR Director (single person) in Kislovodsk

In Connection with the opening of a hotel and Spa complex, a Russian investment company requires a personnel Manager (in a single person)

Responsibilities:

The task is to create a staff of 5* hotel Medispa (more than 200 people)

· Recruitment from 0

· Development and approval of a job profile

· Search and selection of candidates using various tools - job sites, social networks, specialized forums, etc.

· Assessment of professional and personal qualities of candidates

· Drawing up a personnel reserve

· Motivation and evaluation of staff, managing staff turnover, monitoring of the labor market

· Maintaining personnel records in full (KDP)

· Drawing up reports

Requirements:

· Experience working in a 5* hotel / Medispa hotel or clinic

· Experience working in a single person

· Experience in selecting employees in the hotel and Spa sector

· Knowledge and experience in using the main recruitment and evaluation tools

· Ability to work with different search sources

· Knowledge of KDP and the Labor Code of the Russian Federation

· Competent oral and written speech

· Confident PC user, knowledge of 1C 8

· Personal qualities - responsibility, activity, independence, ability to work in multitasking mode

· Knowledge of English at least at the Upper Intermediate level, preferably Advanced

Conditions:

· Place of work in Kislovodsk (housing is provided)

· Full-time, full-time employment

· Working hours: 5/2 from 9: 00 to 18: 00

· Trial period: 2 months

· Registration according to the the Labor Code of the Russian Federation

· Working in a friendly team
