Responsibilities:
· Management of the hotel chain team (from 300 people)
· Management of the personnel department (from 2 people)
· Search and selection of candidates using various tools - own database of contacts in the field of hotels and medicine, work sites, social networks, specialized forums, etc.
· Assessment of professional and personal qualities of candidates
· Drawing up a personnel reserve
· Staff motivation and evaluation, staff turnover management, labor market monitoring
· Maintaining personnel records in full (KDP)
· Reporting
Requirements:
· Work experience in a 5* hotel / Medical hotel or clinic
· Odel management experience
· Experience in the selection of employees in the hotel and spa sector
· Knowledge and experience in the application of the main tools of recruitment and evaluation of personnel
· Ability to work with various search sources
· Knowledge of the KDP and the Labor Code of the Russian Federation
· Competent oral and written speech
· Confident PC user, knowledge of 1C 8
· Personal qualities - responsibility, activity, independence, ability to work in multitasking mode
· Knowledge of English at least Upper Intermediate level, preferably Advanced
Conditions:
· Place of work in Kislovodsk (housing is provided)
· Full-time, full-time employment
· Working hours: 5/2 from 9: 00 to 18: 00
· Trial period: 2 months
· Registration according to the the Labor Code of the Russian Federation
· Working in a friendly team
