Personal Assistant for the Manager (Antalya)
A large oil holding requires a Personal Assistant for the Manager (Antalya).
Responsibilities:
Monitor the cleanliness of the wardrobe and promptly send the manager’s clothes to dry cleaning;
Responsible for preparing and organizing official visits of the Head in accordance with protocol requirements;
Responsible for managing and planning guests' trips and itineraries, including arranging air tickets, hotel reservations, visa support, VIP and excursion services;
Oversees the manager's calendar by organizing, coordinating and facilitating meetings, conferences and all related events, including room reservations, meals, travel and lodging for internal and external contacts;
Track all translated documents and maintain their electronic database;
Provide consecutive and simultaneous interpretation during meetings, negotiations and conversations with colleagues, clients and special guests;
Review and respond to supervisor-related correspondence according to high professional standards.
Maintaining the manager's diary;
If necessary, organizing special ceremonies for the leader, including scheduling events, determining the need for audio-visual equipment, translator, awards, decorations, etc., collecting biographies and information about guests, preparing the agenda;
Perform additional tasks upon request;
Maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality.
Requirements:
Master's degree preferred
Experience in a business environment related to negotiations/deal processes
Neat appearance
Punctuality, responsibility
Strong communication skills, time management, stress tolerance, organizational skills
Excellent command of English (both written and oral)

Salary - from $1,500 - $2,500 (higher income is discussed individually)
