Personal Assistant Manager (temporary project Dubai)

A man is required (for business tasks) and a girl (for personal errands).

Work for the time of the head's arrival in Dubai (up to 6 months).

Responsibilities:

Working in a team of executive assistants (up to 4 people), helping colleagues and interchangeability;

Management and planning of trips and routes of the manager and his family members, including the organization of air tickets, hotel reservations, visa support, VIP and excursion services;

Monitor the manager's calendar, organize, coordinate meetings, participate in meetings, negotiations and all relevant events, including booking of premises, meals, travel and accommodation for internal and external contacts;

Participation in meetings and negotiations with foreign partners;

Keeping a manager's diary;

Execution of personal orders of the head and family members (purchase of medicines, trips and escorts to medical institutions, etc ...).

Serve tea / coffee, clean.

Interaction with hotel services. Performing additional tasks on request;

Compliance with the highest standards of confidentiality.

Requirements:

Well-groomed, neat appearance Work experience in large companies as an assistant or personal assistant to the head and family members is mandatory;

English language proficiency is fluent. Spoken Russian (written and oral);

Work experience, accommodation in Dubai is mandatory, knowledge of the area;

Conditions:
