Candidate’s profile should be as follows:

24-35 years, international company experience min. 1 year, Fluent in English, experience in SAP

Key Role/Responsibilities:

1. Inbound/Outbound deliveries

2. Road/Sea/Railway logistic from Europe and Far East to Russia

3. Logistic Project Participation

4. Planning transport within Russia

5. Order Placement in SAP (Purchase Order/ Sales Order/ Transport Order)

6. Order Processing (allocation, delivery control, forward shipping docs to customer)

7. Monitoring of orders, shipping and payments

8. Customs clearance by brokers

9. Communication with the supplier sites logistic/forwarders/brokers

10. Tender organization for warehouses/forwarders/customs brokers

11. Preparing Service Contracts with warehouses/forwarders/customs brokers

12. Inventory management

13. Assists in Data Collection and Contract Preparation

14. Assists in Advertising Event Organization (fairs, conferences)

15. Non-Conformance Management

16. Maintains and keeps cooperative relations with the customers

We offer:

Salary starts from 70.000 RUB + 10% Bonus

Probation period is 3 months

Routine of work: from 8 to 17, from 9 to 18 or from 10 to 19-00

Training in Frankfurt

Vacation according to labor code + 4 days = 32 days
