Head of Sales

The main activities of the organization: Inspection, measurement and process control solutions include gauges and compensation systems for grinders and other machine tools; manual gauges, sensors, probes and other gauge components; automatic measurement and inspection systems; hardware and software for data collection and process analysis; equipment for non-destructive testing.

General information about vacancies:

1. Job title (position) and the number of seats: Head of Sales, 1 place.

2. Structural unit (in which the vacancy is open): Sales Department

3. The reason for the vacancy: new position.

4. Directly reports to: General Director

5. Working conditions:

Full-time, full-time employment.

Work schedule: 5 days/week, 09:00 till 18:00.

Availability business-travel up to 60% of the time Area – Russia, CIS.

6. Compensation package:

Base Salary + % on Income from Sales on a Monthly base

Social package: Employment according to Labor Code RF, 28 days of vacation annually, mobile, mobile fees, laptop

7. Probation time of candidate – 3 months

Main responsibilities:

1. Expanding the customer database and working with current customers.

2. Preparation of commercial proposals and presentations, organization of events, performing presentations during specialized events.

3. Price Coordination. Participation in negotiations and transactions.

4. Identification and analysis of customer needs, selection of the optimal solution.

5. Business trips (with paid accommodation, transport and daily allowance)

6. Control of accounts receivable /accounts payable.

7. Reporting.

Requirements to the candidate:

Education and skills:

1. Higher technical education (automation, machine tools, tools)

2. Successful work experience in a similar position: at least 3 years.

3. Sales experience of machine tools, metal cutting tools, metrological equipment, will be an advantage.

4. Confident knowledge of English, both written and oral.

4. Readiness for frequent business trips in Russia and abroad

Personal qualities:

1. Performance, learning ability, ability to plan your time, responsibility, sociability, autonomy, analytical mindset.

2. Competent speech, presentable appearance, good communication skills.
