Sales Engineer
The main activities of the organization: Inspection, measurement and process control solutions include gauges and compensation systems for grinders and other machine tools; manual gauges, sensors, probes and other gauge components; automatic measurement and inspection systems; hardware and software for data collection and process analysis; equipment for non-destructive testing.
Main responsibilities:
- Expansion of the client base and work with current customers.
- Preparation of commercial proposals and presentations.
- Price Matching. Participation in negotiations and transactions.
- Customers’ supporting. An analysis of needs in service and choosing the optimal solution.
- Business trips (with paid accommodation, transport and daily allowance)
- Control of accounts receivable / payable.
- Reporting.
- Reporting in CMR/directly to General Manager
- Business trips (with paid accommodation, transport and daily allowance)
- Readiness to frequent business trips across Russia and Abroad
Requirements to the candidate:
Education and skills:
- Higher technical education (electric / mechanic degree)
- Successful experience in a similar position (sales metalworking, machine tools, automotive industries, measurement technology) - not less than 5 years.
- Fluency in English both written & spoken.
- Readiness to frequent business trips across Russia and Abroad
Personal qualities:
- Activity, hard-worker, sociability, autonomy, analytical mind, responsibility.
- Competent speech, presentable appearance, good communication skills.
Job conditions:
- Base Salary + % on Income from Sales on a Monthly base
- Social package: Employment according to Labor Code RF, 28 days of vacation annually, mobile, mobile fees, laptop
- Full-time, full-time employment.
- Work schedule: 5 days/week, 09:00 till 18:00.
- Availability business-travel up to 80% of the time Area – Russia, CIS.
- Probation time of candidate – 3 months
